Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Jumbo Free Games application (the "Service") operated by Jumbo Free Games ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Steam Web API and Data

Our Service utilizes the Steam Web API and Steam Data provided by Valve Corporation. By using our Service, you agree to the following:

• "As Is" Warranty: Steam Data is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Steam Data.
• No Unsolicited Marketing: You agree not to use any Steam Data retrieved through our Service for unsolicited marketing communications.
• No Cheating: You agree that you will not use our Service to create or assist third parties in creating any technology or functionality that gives a user an unfair competitive advantage when playing multiplayer versions of any Steam game.
• Steam Subscriber Agreement: You agree not to use our Service or Steam Data in any way that violates the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
• Ownership: The Steam Web API, Steam Data, and Valve Brand & Links are the property of Valve Corporation and its licensors.

2. Discord Authentication

Our Service uses Discord for user authentication. By using our Service, you also agree to be bound by Discord's Terms of Service.

3. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose.
• To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jumbo Free Games, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
